Two young females, both originally from the country, looking for a fun housemate in 2012. Unit is in Prospect, close to Northpark shopping centre, bus stop out the front and only fifteen minutes from the city. Rent is $105 per week excluding electricity, wifi internet/home phone bills. Room is unfurnished. New kitchen, bathroom and laundry. We would prefer a housemate who is between the ages of 19-25. Must be willing to commit to pay rent for a year.
