 NUNGCOOL is well extablished company in Perth looking for a full time Small good maker / Butcher to join us. In this position, you will be working as a full-time employee and the salary will be negotiated upon your successful application. To be eligibl to apply for this position, you must be an Australian resident or citizen. Your basic tasks will be as followed; - warps, weights labels and prices cuts of meats - prepares and places meat cuts and products in display counters - prepares special cuts of meat ordered by customers - cuts, trims, bones, ties, and grinds meats to prepare meat in cooking form - prepares crumbed cuts of meats, and marinating, seasoning and curing special cuts - operated machines to grind, mix, mince and tenderise meat - receives, inspects, and stores meat upon delivery, to ensure meat quality, estimates requirements and orders or requisitions meat supplies to maintain inventories - negotiates with supply companies to determine order details Successful candidate must have; - at least 3 years of work experience in Small goods formulation, making and production - knowledge of hygienic safe food handling procedures and practices - be a team player, hardworking, can demonstrate initiative and self motivated To apply for this position, please send your resume to NUNGCOOL.
